This package is for the couple who have already begun planning their wedding but desire additional assistance. We will aid with the final logistical and organizational decisions as well as be available for any other planning needs you may have.
- Unlimited phone and email communication
- Consultations lasting approximately two hours each, starting 3-4 months before the wedding
- Remainder vendor selection
- Review all vendor contracts
- Monthly checklists
- Assistance with detail finalization and projects, including attendance at final vendor meetings
- Issue final vendor payments and gratuities
- Customized Wedding Weekend Agenda for family, friends and wedding party
- Creation of detailed wedding day timeline
- Vendor confirmations and coordination
- Assistance with reception and ceremony setup and takedown
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
